How can I help you?

I can help you in a variety of ways, enabling you to think, feel and perform better, through my «Inside-Out Principles». It will lead to a greater resilience & well-being, whilst enabling you to move forward in your life. You will learn to navigate life more effectively, with greater ease and enjoyment.

In order to find the most powerful ways to help people I have trained in and used many different techniques and approaches. Now, the foundation of my work is a new understanding of having a capacity to recover quickly, well-being and performance. Through working with people from many walks of life, I have seen this approach enables people to change how they feel, to more freely, to help them heal, and to have happier, more successful lives.

“For a life you want, to improve your well-being through mental coaching, sports therapy injury prevention and fitness”.

Sport4Life Sports Therapy is the website of Richard KELLY, a fully qualified Sports Therapist (UK), a Golf Fitness Trainer, Posture Alignment Trainer and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists in the UK (MFHT).

If you are a full time or recreational athlete, take occasional exercise, or do no exercise at all, Sports Therapy is the most effective way to treat and recover from debilitating injuries, which at some point in our lives, we all suffer from.

By fully assessing an injury, Richard will be able to diagnose the problem, as well as identifying and prescribing the appropriate action to enable you to return to your sport or activity at the same level you were prior to injury.

Richard is a keen golfer and is interested in how golf and sports therapy interlink. With this interest in mind, Richard now specialises in improving a golfer’s performance by finding and removing their physical restrictions/limitations, which prevent them from swinging the club effectively.

Richard works at Ostéo & Co for general treatments to the body

Golf fitness could be at GolfLife Centre Sterrebeek and NewFit (Zaventem)
