What is Performance Coaching?

Performance Coaching is where Richard brings his skill set to you as a human being, in facilitating the development and action planning, so that you as an individual can bring about changes to your life.

The role as a Performance Coach is to help you move forward at your own pace within a trusting relationship. As a coach, is is not about giving advice, nor does it involve sharing about experiences or opinions, that are not relevant.
