My journey started when I was young lad, growing up around Manchester, UK. I would have my head in the clouds about life, dreaming of where I wanted to go and getting away from things in my life, such as hard times at school and friends, not knowing I had Dyslexia.
Being honest I did feel alone most of the time. The thinking in my head kept on coming and coming, the only time when this stopped was when I played my various sporting activities, football, cricket, rugby and running.
You see, I have searched for what I wanted in my life, a purpose, a passion that demonstrates my understanding that everyone can become a “High-Achiever – yes, that is YOU.”
We are all born equal and yet society puts us into different categories of where we are from, education, work and so on. This had a big impact in my life for many years, the loss of my father at a young age, put me into a dream and not into reality.
I continued to study and work hard but I was not happy! Then in 2000, I went travelling around the world and gained living in the University of Life, this was an escape from not knowing about myself.
Coming back to Europe, I got married but I still found it hard to fit in with work, playing sports. This meant I was hard on himself and my family. It resulted in a divorce and sharing custody of two great children.
As you can imagine, I have read and listened to so many self-help books and yet, I was still not satisfied.
In the last few years, I noticed that I was serving people through my work either in therapy or business. This common thread led me to understand that I enjoyed “working with people in making a change to their lives”.
I started to notice that the approach of everything was coming from my mind-set, in the way I was feeling in being empowered, focused, disciplined, in action and much more. By searching further I came across the tapes of Sydney Banks and the “Three Principles”.
This has started a new journey in my life.
By challenging my thinking, questions, and reminding myself how powerful we are for ourselves and others around you. I still continue making simple small steps, active listening, which results in obtaining greater clarity, sense of purpose and a clearer understanding of where I am, in this world.
Are you interested in learning to overcome challenges and create the life you want?
I like to leave you with this understanding that I have on “Well-Being” which is often used to describe good mental and physical health. Those persons to whom are balanced in well-being, can be spiritually present and comfortable in their own experience. Thus, enjoying the life they create.
So, You speak. I listen. Then let’s create your new life.
Love and Blessings.
