Can you change your mind….

Just recieved a great newsletter from Véronique Pivetta on the 3 principles coaching….I wanted to share this with you all..

Truly understanding the Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought allows you to change your mind much more elegantly, which will serve you very well in all areas of your life. This is one of the many positive side-effects of learning about the Three Principles!

– When you really understand the power of Thought, you understand that thoughts are transient. Thoughts come and go, what you think evolves and changes naturally if you allow that natural process to happen. (You might think “It’s not possible, I can’t do this” right now, but be open to the possibility to think something different just a moment later.)

– When you understand the power of Consciousness, you understand that there is no limit to what you can experience. Every time your thoughts change, your reality changes and you live in a new world. (When you have the thought “Well, ok, maybe this is possible”, you start to see it as possible and you start to live in a world of possibility!)

– When you understand the power of Mind, you know that there is no limit to what you can think. You are Infinite Creative Potential.

Because you are the Three Principles in action, you naturally have the power to change your mind, whether you realize it or not. If you want to get better at changing your mind, if you want to get a new thought about something, to see things from a different perspective, there are a couple of things you can do: you can talk with a coach or read inspiring books or articles. Just open your mind and explore!

Thank you, Véronqiue for sharing these principles…..

The Three Principles

The Three Principles point towards a pre-existing logic that explains the human experience. A renaissance of the mind based on universal constants (principles) that uncover our innate or natural resilience, well-being and humanity.

The Three Principles has had many historical names including Health Realization, Psychology of Mind, State of Mind Training, and more recently Clarity Training and Innate Health.

“Live A Conscious Life One-day Workshop” – only one place left

Topics we will explore

  • Dreams, desires and aspiration:€“ What do you really want? What holds you back? Whose reality are you living? Is it possible, or even desirable to achieve all of our dreams? How does this work with our soul’s purpose for being here?

  • Stress and the mind body connection: What you think, what you believe, what you feel and your old programmed conditioning can affect your physical health. Your body manifests what you believe and your emotional state. Is your body a friend or foe? How you deal with stress creates a cascade of biochemical changes in the body that create excellent health or dis-ease. At a soul level you may have chosen a strong physical body or one that is more sensitive. How do you nurture the body you have so it serves you for a full life time?

We will use some of the tools, techniques and inner journeys as set out below:

  • Bring an issue to explore:€“ Bring an issue, a pattern that you can’t seem to change, and I will take you down down through all the layers, starting with the conscious thinking, getting down to the unconscious beliefs and hot buttons that drive your behaviours. We do this through talking and inner journeys.

  • Artwork:€“ I will provide art paper, crayons and pencils to help you see yourselves more clearly

Inner journeys (guided meditations)

  • Following your path: As we work with dreams, desires, soul’s purpose and aspiration, you may discover your true path through life on an inner journey.

  • Inner child: The work we do may be bring up all sorts of memories and patterns ready to be released. I propose inner journeys to heal the inner child

  • Fear the final frontier: Going deeper into fear and releasing its hold over you. Heal the past.

  • Whatever comes up: We will do an inner journey to make friends with it and then release it.

  • Divine guidance:€“ We will continue to ask for guidance from our unseen helpers

How to use your golf muscles….

I came across the article ” golf muscles ” by the late Ramsay McMaster, were he discusses that a great majority of golfers are using the wrong muscle groups and poor technique when they are within the gym environment.

Its good to contact Richard, to have a Golf assessment and get a Golf fitness program tailored for you, then you can do this even at home or on business trip……
